Shanghai We Pack recently supplied a Middle Eastern customer with paper slip sheets and kraft paper dunnage bags for container loading and cargo protection. The customer shared loading and application photos showing how the two products work together to support palletized cargo handling and improve load stability during transportation.

In the loading process, the paper slip sheets are placed beneath the goods to provide a flat and lightweight base for unitized cargo. Compared with traditional wooden pallets, slip sheets can help reduce packaging volume and make more efficient use of container space when used with compatible handling equipment. The customer’s photos show palletized cartons being wrapped and prepared for loading with the paper slip sheet positioned beneath the load.

Kraft paper dunnage bags are placed in the empty spaces between the cargo and the container walls. After inflation, the bags expand to fill the voids and form a cushioning barrier around the load. This helps limit cargo movement caused by vibration, acceleration, braking and changes in transportation conditions during the journey.

The loading photos show kraft paper dunnage bags installed vertically along both sides of the container, close to the palletized cargo. This application helps provide side protection and supports the stability of the cargo arrangement after loading. The dunnage bags can be deflated after unloading, making them convenient to handle and store before use.

Using paper slip sheets together with kraft paper dunnage bags provides a practical packaging combination for containerized cargo. The slip sheets support pallet-free or reduced-pallet handling, while the dunnage bags help secure the load by filling side gaps.
