Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer with over 17 years of experience, integrating R&D, production and sales. We have consolidated a high-quality supply chain to achieve independent control over the entire process from raw materials to finished products, ensuring product quality and cost advantages.
Q: Do you support customization? What is the minimum order quantity?

A: We specialize in customized services (OEM/ODM) and have a professional engineering team. We can develop and produce based on your drawings or samples. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces. This not only enables us to respond flexibly to your trial orders but also ensures stable supply for large quantities.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?

A: We implement a three-tier guarantee system of "our own laboratory + advanced testing equipment + third-party authoritative institutions (such as SGS, TUV)" to conduct strict quality control throughout the entire process, ensuring the reliability and consistency of product performance. Our management system has obtained ISO 9001 certification.
Q: How is your production capacity?

A: We have a highly efficient large-scale production capacity, with an annual output exceeding 20,000 tons. This ensures that we can provide stable and timely delivery for both small and large-scale flexible orders as well as large-scale purchasing demands.
Q: Which market certifications do your products comply with? And where are they mainly exported to?

A: Our products comply with multiple international standards and certifications (such as ISO 9001, AAR), and can obtain test reports from institutions like SGS and TUV. The products are mainly exported to major global markets such as North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Q: What are your logistics and trade terms like?

A: Our location is extremely advantageous, with a distance of only 35 kilometers from Shanghai Port. Our logistics network is mature and efficient. We support flexible trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc. We can arrange convenient export transportation according to your needs.
Q: What is the payment method?

A: Our main payment method is by telegraphic transfer (T/T). Usually, a 30% advance payment is made, and the remaining 70% will be paid upon receipt of the copy of the bill of lading. For long-term cooperative customers, we also accept negotiation of other methods, such as letter of credit (L/C).
