Core Needs and Challenges: The webbing needs to withstand extremely high tensile forces, and the existing supplier's products frequently broke.

The customer wanted a completely compatible alternative to their existing products to ensure safe equipment transport.

1. Sample Benchmarking and Precise Replication: We invited the customer to send samples of their existing webbing for comprehensive performance testing and analysis.

Based on the test results, we adjusted the process to replicate webbing of the same specifications but with superior performance, and provided a comparison report.

2. Multi-Scenario Supporting Solutions: Based on the customer's other transportation scenarios, we simultaneously recommended inflatable bags (for impact protection and cushioning) and sliding pallets (for stacking stability), forming a combined solution.

Results: After confirming the samples met the standards, the customer gradually shifted their webbing procurement entirely to us and began experimenting with inflatable bags and sliding pallets to optimize their overall packaging process.
