Customer Background: A distributor from Asia primarily serves local factories and terminals, providing fixing materials for their ocean freight. The customer initially inquired about inflatable bags.

During communication, we learned that the customer planned to ship inflatable bags and straps in a consolidated container. We quickly seized this information, proactively informing the customer that both types of products are our main products, offering one-stop procurement and supporting services, and immediately provided a detailed quotation based on their needs.

Building Trust and Initial Order:

To enhance customer confidence, we proactively invited them to visit our factory, showcasing our production capabilities and quality control system. After the visit, the customer placed their first order for inflatable bags. We further capitalized on this opportunity, proactively offering to provide free strap samples for testing at the terminal. The terminal feedback indicated excellent strap quality, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation.

After multiple rounds of negotiation and sample testing, the strap order was successfully secured. Since the initial order quantity did not reach a full container size, printing was not arranged at this time. However, after the initial shipment was put into use, the customer reported that some destination ports had specific requirements for the printing on the straps, limiting the scope of use for unprinted products. We took this issue very seriously and, through internal coordination, proactively added printing services free of charge to subsequent orders, effectively addressing the pain points of end-user applications and improving product versatility and customer satisfaction.
